OVERVIEW

Windsor Yards was acquired in April 2021 and comprises a shopping centre located in the heart of the town with tenants including Waitrose, Zara, H&M, Prets, Costas, Travelodge, Ole & Steen, White Company, Clarendon Fine Art and a 750 space multi story car park. Bridgecore is working with AEW UK Ltd in bringing forwards exciting regeneration proposals and is currently at the preapp stage in broad consultation with The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead, local resident groups and a wide range of stakeholders. A planning application is in preparation for submission later in 2022. These proposals include repurposing existing structures with some new build to provide new residential, retail, leisure, offices, cinema, hotel and a refurbished multi story car park.
