Bridgecore worked with Triangle Investments & Development Ltd for this £49 million mixed residential and commercial scheme located on New Oxford Street. Bridgecore managed the bid process and planning application with London Borough of Camden including Section 106 negotiations and commuted payment for affordable housing.

The properties were acquired unconditionally with two recent planning refusals by LB Camden, significant local opposition and rights of light issues. All development issues were successfully resolved prior to planning approval. The ownership was acquired in April 2015 for £15.72 million and valued at £25 million in August 2016 following planning approval.
