Bridgecore worked with Triangle Investments & Development Ltd in formulating the strategy and appointing a team of consultants in promoting a master plan vision for a £300 million property portfolio in Holborn, London. This included the major redevelopment of the Travelodge High Holborn site and other development projects and improvements to the public realm in Sicilian Avenue, New Oxford Street and Southampton Row.
